Commencing late February 2016 with completion early June 2016, Benning Brothers added a contemporary 3 storey extension to an already beautiful family home in the rural village of West Malling Kent.
Benning Brothers planned, designed & built the extension to the clients specifications, in a style sympathetic to the original building with a modern twist.
Alongside the build, additional groundworks were carried out, including the installation of a terrace creating a seamless flow between the ground floor living area & the outside space.
A balcony was added to the new master bedroom providing beautiful views to the gardens & surrounding areas.
Finished to a high standard & specification throughout the clients were left pleased with the completion & looking forward to enjoying life in their newly built space.
