This site was identified as the ideal location for Benning Brothers to relocate the business to. The management team carried out a design and build project to develop “Logix House” which included a detailed specification and interior design fit out. The design consultants and supply chain were carefully selected to ensure a high quality product and finish was achieved to promote the BBL quality and brand.
The project was complete within 12 months including demolition, piling and built using a traditional method of construction. The development was meticulously planned to ensure that it was delivered on budget and to programme. The result being a stunning looking building built to a high quality & standard which is a testament to the service that Benning Brothers provide in the delivery of all their construction projects.
