General Labourer & Delivery Driver

Location: Meopham Office & Site Work in S.E.

Job Description:

A great job opportunity has arisen to join a local Chartered Building Company, Benning Brothers as a general labourer and delivery driver supporting a very active construction company.

The role will involve working all over the South East of England and areas within London as required, throughout the working week.

The successful candidate is ideally to have a clean full UK Driving Licence and must have experience in a similar role, be motivated for early starts and be able to work as part of a team with an enthusiastic and professional manner. You must be self-motivated and be able to work under your own initiative and comfortable in dealing with clients.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the manager and to follow specific instructions.
  • Strict adherence to Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance in accordance with current legislation and BBL policies.
  • Taking on an active labouring role on a daily basis on various sites around the South East.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in respect of both service and quality.
  • Delivering materials and plant to site & clearing up rubbish etc.

The Requirements:

  • Willing to start early and be flexible in BBL work requirements.
  • Hard worker who is able to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ideally CSCS Card Holder, but not essential.
  • Loyal & committed company person who is self-motivated.
