Works are progressing quickly at our Chiddingstone Reinstatement Project. Following significant damage caused by an escape of water, the team has been making great progress restoring the property.
We’ve now completed the enabling works and 1st fix electrical installation, and plastering works are currently underway inside the property.
As with all Benning Brothers Ltd projects, we’re working to a tight programme. This project brings its own challenges, particularly with a bespoke kitchen installation scheduled later in the programme. With the kitchen now on order, all necessary works must be completed ahead of the installation date to ensure the fitters have clear access to install our client’s new kitchen.
Thanks to the hard work and collaboration of both our on site and in office teams, we’re confident we’ll deliver everything on time. This project is a great example of the teamwork that goes into every Benning Brothers Ltd restoration.
