We’re making great progress at our East Sussex reinstatement project, following significant damage caused by an escape of water from a burst pipe. Our team has now successfully completed the strip-out and enabling works, clearing the way for the next key phase of the build.
Next up is 1st fix electrical and plumbing works.
This crucial stage involves installing all the hidden infrastructure behind the walls – such as wiring, pipework, and ventilation systems – that will later support the second fix items like sockets, taps, radiators, and lighting.
By completing the 1st fix, we lay the foundation for the rest of the refurbishment, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and future-proof.
We’re looking forward to bringing this property back to life and getting our clients back into their home as soon as possible.
