1st Floor Strip out Complete!
Great progress at the former Debenhams, Chatham High Street — the 1st floor has been fully stripped back to the shell by our dedicated and experienced team.
We’re right on schedule and excited to kick off Phase 2: removing the internal customer escalators and lifts, and commencing with the slab infill. This is a challenging project we’re tackling in partnership with Medway Council and their consultants Medway Development Company.
