Site Set Up Complete

The past few weeks have been busy here at Benning Brothers Ltd as we prepare for the beginning of our new project in partnership with Medway Council: the strip out of the former Debenhams on Chatham High Street.

We have been working closely with the Council’s consultants, Medway Development Company, as the appointed Project Manager overseeing the grant funded scheme; as well as C J Bell Health and Safety Ltd to ensure all compliance and health and safety measures are in place to keep our staff, contractors, and members of the public safe throughout the duration of these works.

Our signage is now up keeping the exterior of the site looking smart and letting the public know what’s happening on their high street.

Our site set up teams have been working hard to ensure that our site office and welfare facilities are in place, alongside systems for keeping the site safe throughout our works, like monitored CCTV and fire safety.
