We’re pleased to announce that works are due to commence on our latest project in Chiddingstone.
This 18th-century property has suffered significant damage following an escape of water, and our team will be carefully returning it to its former glory through the reinstatement process.
As with all Benning Brothers projects, our first priority is to secure the site and carry out strip-out and enabling works. This allows us to fully assess the extent of the damage while creating a safe and controlled working environment for our staff and specialist trades.
The programme will include:
• Full strip-out and enabling works
• Mechanical & Electrical (1st and 2nd fix)
• Full reinstatement of all damaged areas
• Plastering and floor finishes
• Decorative finishes
The main challenge we face with this project is protecting existing period features, such as the original oak structural beams throughout the property. This will be at the forefront of our minds while carrying out any work. Stay tuned to see how we overcome this challenge while delivering this project efficiently and to the high standard
our clients expect.
