We are pleased to announce the official start of a new subsidence insurance reinstatement project in Chelmsford, Essex.
The works involve the careful demolition of the existing side extension, followed by the construction of a new extension on piled foundations with timber frame construction, a natural slate roof finish and rendered external façade — all designed to seamlessly match the original character and appearance of the property.
Internally, the new layout will provide a modern and functional:

• Utility Room
• Cloakroom
A key focus of this project is sustainability and sympathetic reinstatement. Wherever possible, care will be taken when salvaging, repairing and reusing original materials and features from the existing property, prioritising restoration and upgrade works over unnecessary disposal and replacement.
