We are now one week into our subsidence insurance reinstatement project in Chelmsford and progress on site has been excellent despite the recent weather conditions trying to slow us down.
The project is now fully established with:
✔️ Site set-up completed
✔️ Secure site boundaries in place
✔️ Solar-powered welfare facilities fully operational
✔️ Demolition works progressing ahead of programme
The existing side extension has now been fully demolished down to ground level, allowing the scaffold to be struck and access handed over to the groundworks team as we prepare for the next phase of the reinstatement works.
This project will ultimately see the construction of a new piled foundation system with a timber-framed extension designed to sympathetically match the original character and appearance of the property.
