Project Update – Maidenhead Residential Reinstatement

July 2025

BBL has recently begun work on a substantial reinstatement project in Maidenhead, where a family home was left severely damaged by fire. The blaze destroyed the roof and left the property open to the elements, with extensive secondary damage from smoke and water saturation.

Our specialist strip-out team was deployed immediately, installing a full tin-hat scaffold to protect the property from further weather exposure while enabling safe, efficient progress on site.

Working with fire-damaged structures requires more than just rebuilding what was lost – it demands a careful approach to address hidden risks such as structural instability, smoke contamination, and residual moisture, which can compromise materials and air quality long after the fire is out.

BBL combines speed with technical expertise to stabilise, protect, and restore properties, helping families and insurers navigate the challenges of recovery with confidence.

Now that the site has been made safe and prepped, we’re moving into the reinstatement phase, including a complete roof reconstruction.

We can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and get the family back where they belong – home.

Stay tuned for more progress updates and the big reveal!
