We’re pleased to report excellent progress on the refurbishment of the South Park toilet block.
Following just a few weeks on site, our team has successfully completed the full strip-out and all enabling works, preparing the site for the next stage of delivery.
First fix electrical and plumbing installations are now well underway, with the project moving into the internal fit-out phase, where decorative finishes will begin to take shape.
The design specification, selected by our client Redbridge Council, introduces a sleek, modern aesthetic aimed at transforming this essential facility into a functional, durable and accessible space for public use.
This refurbishment will not only enhance the overall look and feel of the facility but also significantly improve its usability, hygiene standards and operational efficiency.
