We’re excited to share that the tanking phase of our project in South East London is now well underway! Ensuring a watertight basement is a crucial step in any refurbishment, so we have implemented a robust waterproofing system designed for long-term protection.

What Will Be Installed:

A cavity drain membrane system – effectively managing moisture and preventing water ingress.

A dual pumping system – providing reliable water removal to keep the space dry.

High-level alarm systems – offering early warning alerts for each chamber unit to enhance security and performance.

Why Tanking Matters:

Basements are particularly vulnerable to water ingress, which can lead to damp, mould, and structural issues. This waterproofing system ensures that this space remains dry and fully protected, setting the foundation for the next stages of refurbishment.
